Overview: Our team within Services Marketing Technology is dedicated to creating tailored solutions that support global marketing initiatives to promote digital services. We’re seeking a Program Manager who is not only experienced but also eager to provide exceptional support to help us deliver impactful digital services.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development of internal tools that seamlessly blend user-friendly features with advanced capabilities. These tools are designed to support ongoing marketing programs and partnerships across diverse communication channels.

- Have experience in writing tool requirements documentation and managing software engineers’ work.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply best practices in system implementation.
- Demonstrate experience with risk management, including identifying, mitigating, and tracking potential issues.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Understand digital image/video file formats and have proficiency with tools like Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with internal teams to define the future of marketing tools, gathering requirements and identifying essential features to help grow the business.
- Drive key initiatives that promote subscriptions, enhance brand visibility, and optimize resource allocation through innovative technological solutions.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to increase earned media, social share of voice, and subscriber growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmaps for tool development.
- Manage the development of web landing pages and creative assets, ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with developers and marketing teams.
- Support new affiliate setups, including testing, messaging, and reporting, to help deliver digital service trials and subscription campaigns.
- Assess team capabilities and project risks, ensuring clarity on scope and cost implications for new initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, production support, design, and product marketing teams regarding product launches and updates impacting marketing and partner tools.
- Oversee the marketing tools roadmap, working closely with an external engineering agency and key internal stakeholders.
- Organize weekly meetings to track project progress, ensure timeliness, and share updates with all teams involved.
- Assist with setting up tracking systems and integrating APIs to improve tool performance and measurement.
- Serve as a key resource for internal teams and external partners, offering troubleshooting, training, and guidance.
- Lead the implementation of new tools by providing training and creating comprehensive documentation.
- Manage budgets and monitor tool performance, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates to executives on project status and launches.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management, campaign management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
